What Is Ghost Writing?
Ghost writing is when you hire an author for a set fee to write your book for you, but you are listed as the author. You will own the copyrights to the completed book and your name will appear as the author of the book.
The ghost writer writes the book and signs a contract with you. The contract states that the ghost writer is obligated to keep it a secret that this person wrote the book. If the ghost writer breaks that contract, you will be able to pursue legal proceedings against the ghost writer (please check with an attorney in your local area before starting proceedings should this happen).
In other words, you are the author even though someone else wrote the book for you under a ghost writing contract.

We thought we would try to save authors time by gathering up a collection for you. Keep in mind that we have not tested all software that we are linking to and cannot be help accountable for your downloading and trying these programs. If we do try one of them, we will post about our experience with that software to help you even further.
